TERMS OF PAYMENT

Invoices payable within 30 days of receipt of the invoice, without deductions to the account specified in the relevant invoice. The software and all paperware remain the property of CRGRAPH until full payment. Please note that only the account holder Curt Ronniger is mentioned in the transfer (partnership)!

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE USE OUR SOFTWARE

In the case of an order for a single user license, the software may be installed on a computer. It is not permitted to make the software available to different users on a remote server or on the network. This also applies to multiple licenses (these are personal, or assigned to individual computers). However, several users can use the software one after the other on one and the same computer.
The use of multiple users in an installation, e.g. on a server, however, is possible when ordering a network license according to the desired number of users.

If the software is registered by an ID in the registration dialog box, this ID will only be used to create a registration code for your computer. By submitting this ID to us, you agree to our Privacy Policy. An alternative software registration can be requested. With a network license, an unlimited number of installations within the company is allowed worldwide. The prerequisite is that access is possible on a common server path. This server path is mandatory. Is this for certain areas, such as
e.B subsidiaries are not accessible, the number of users for a simultaneous application must be evaluated separately.

Visual-XSel is free for universities and universities for teaching purposes. However, there is no right to award a free activation. CRGRAPH reserves the right to change this at any time. A passing on of the release key outside the school area is prohibited. Furthermore, the use (evaluation, presentation of diagrams, etc.) of the free software for commercial purposes is inadmissible. This includes contracts for private sector or public sector institutions when payments are made. An infringement automatically means a paid license.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR TRAINING AND CONSULTING

If on-site training or consulting is not possible, e.g. because of unforeseen events (illness of the instructor, accident, etc.), there are no claims of the client against CRGRAPH because of possibly incurred expenses, etc.
If the instructor has already arrived and the training is canceled by the client, due to events that are not the responsibility of CRGRAPH, 25% of a daily rate, as well as the aforementioned additional costs, will be charged. If the training is canceled by the customer at short notice and cancellation costs for flight, train or hotel costs are incurred as a result, these are to be reimbursed by the customer

LEGAL VALIDITY OF THE DISCLAIMER

If sections or individual terms of this statement are not legal or correct, the content or validity of the other parts remain uninfluenced by this fact.
